Not Stopping And Pushing Through…

The title of tonight’s abstract illustration is “Finding The Detail In Not Giving Up”.

It can be hard to continue doing something if you are not sure people give it value. I have created a style and a voice but it feels like I am bouncing a rubber ball against a wall and the wall sucks it in. So much of being an artist is living inside your head. That means hearing your inner voice constantly saying things to you. My outside life permeates it’s way into my thoughts and I struggle to find the energy to draw. I know the answer is to just push through it and draw but it is really really hard to do.
