Some Days Are A Blur

The title of tonight’s abstract illustration is “Reaching Forward But Staying Firmly Planted”.

Yesterday was one of the busiest days I have had in awhile. Sundays seem to be jam packed on a normal day but this particular Sunday was off the charts busy. I had spent the night at the art studios because there was a major storm headed our way and I knew snow removal was lurking around the corner. Then I had to speed to do other family events and then turn around and return to the studio to lock up. The day started 2am Saturday night and ended 9pm Sunday evening. The limited time tends to eat into my drawing time so here we are on Monday night playing catch up. The days go by in a blur. I hope someday they will be filled with more art creation and less crisis management.
