Hit Broadside When You are Driving Straight

The title of tonight’s abstract expressionist illustration is “Ignoring The Ever Present Lurking Darkness”.

Sometimes I feel like there is darkness hiding in the shadows waiting to come out when I am having a good day. It waits for me until I have found peace and I am hitting all the right notes. When I am focused and productive in the middle of the act of creating art then BAM. I don’t know maybe it is just me or at least it feels that way.
