The Other Side Better Be Near

The title of tonight’s abstract illustration is “Ripping Wrenching Crunching And Slowly Evolving”.

It has been days of trying to work through whatever my next phase is as an artist. I reach these moments where I try to draw my way out of self doubt and hopeful growth. On one hand I feel like I am creating images that are too refined so I try to thrust myself into more emotional and aggressive drawing. On the other hand I want my work to feel cohesive. I am sure at some point I will get back into my groove but for now I will continue my struggle.
